- Processing: Any operation performed on Personal Data, such as collection, storage, use, sharing, or deletion.
- Data Controller: Megastars AI determines the purposes and means of processing your Personal Data.

We collect information to provide and improve our Services, ensure security, and comply with legal obligations.
3.1. Information You Provide Directly
- Account Registration:
- Creators: Full name, email, phone number, profile information, portfolio content, social media identifiers, payment info (including bank details or crypto wallet).
- Companies: Company legal name, address, billing info, plus data of the Company Representative (name, business email, contact number).
- Profile Information: Any additional details such as bio, skills, or profile picture.
- Communications: When contacting support, communicating with users, or responding to surveys.
3.2. Information from Third-Party Logins (OAuth)
You may log in using Google or social media accounts. We collect data approved on the consent screen:

- Encrypted credential for verification
We do not receive or store your third-party account passwords.

Blockchain Immutability: Records on public blockchains cannot be deleted.

- Personal Data is stored in secure off-chain systems.
- Only anonymized/pseudonymized info is recorded on-chain.
Right to Deletion:
- Off-chain Personal Data is permanently deleted.
- The link between your identity and on-chain anonymized data is severed.
On-chain records cannot be erased, but once anonymized, they no longer contain Personal Data.
11. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children and will delete such data if discovered.
