This Privacy Policy describes how Influensea Inc., a corporation registered in Wyoming, USA (collectively "Megastars AI," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use our global marketplace services (the "Services").

- Company Representative: The individual "natural person" (employee, director, or agent) who uses the Platform on behalf of a Company.
- Processing: Any operation performed on Personal Data, such as collection, storage, use, sharing, or deletion.
- Data Controller: Megastars AI determines the purposes and means of processing your Personal Data.

We collect information to provide and improve our Services, ensure security, and comply with legal obligations.
3.1. Information You Provide Directly
- Account Registration:
- Creators: Full name, email, phone number, profile information, portfolio content, social media identifiers, payment information (such as bank details).
- Companies: Company legal name, address, billing info, plus data of the Company Representative (name, business email, contact number).
- Profile Information: Any additional details such as bio, skills, or profile picture.
- Communications: When contacting support, communicating with users, or responding to surveys.
3.2. Information from Third-Party Logins (OAuth)
You may log in using Google or social media accounts. We collect data approved on the consent screen:

- Encrypted credential for verification
We do not receive or store your third-party account passwords.

10. Earlier Blockchain Payment Feature (Closed)
An earlier version of the Platform used smart contracts on the Base blockchain for payments. That feature is closed. The Platform no longer uses blockchain technology or crypto-assets.
If you made a payment through those smart contracts, a record of it (the wallet addresses, the amount and the time) stays on the public Base blockchain. We never wrote your name or contact details to the blockchain. A wallet address can still be linked to a person, so we treat it as personal data.
Nobody, including us, can change or delete a record on a public blockchain. If you ask us to delete your data, we delete the records in our own systems that link a wallet address to you. After that, we hold nothing that connects you to the on-chain record.
11. Children's Privacy
The Platform is for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and we delete such data if we find it.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated by updating this page and the revision date.
